Tree Banking
One of the most rewarding opportunities through a donation to EarthCredits is the ability to donate trees directly to the city or municipality where you live and receive a tax credit as well. In addition many local governments require tree banking to offset tree loss through the development process. EarthCredits allows a developer to receive a certified tree banking credit to satisfy many requirements if trees that are required are placed in a conservation easement or public park to be preserved.
All donors will receive a certificate for display and a receipt for tax purposes.
